About This Workshop:
This is an opportunity to explore the idea of motherhood through movement, writing, improvisation and visual arts while connecting within a chorus of mothers sparking a sense of support, embrace, and empowerment. An opportunity to give yourself the gift of self-care.
The workshop is held in Studio 7, a ground floor level space at The Dance Complex in Cambridge.
This workshop uses pay-what-you-can registration. Please select either the free option or input an amount in the $1+ registration category.
About Laura Sánchez:
Laura is an award-winning flamenco dancer and expressive artist. She received professional training from the Conservatory of Dance in Madrid and holds a Professional Certificate in Expressive Arts Therapies from Lesley University where she developed her therapeutic dance practice, Expressive Flamenco©, research that was published at the Journal of the American Dance Therapy Association in 2021.
