Dance Heels with Tara Brown

This class is designed to teach the technique and style of performing in heels. Emphasis on foundation/fundamentals including walks, lines, grooves, alignment and technique. This class is beneficial for all levels whether you’re a beginner or advanced looking for refinement and performance quality. The class begins with a light warm up and conditioning, foundational heels exercises across the floor/in the center and finishing with a combination.
