Special Guests:
Lauren Ostberg is a member of the Cyber Security Practice Group at Bulkley, Richardson and Gelinas LLP. She will be providing insights about updates to data protection regulations, in Massachusetts and beyond, that are likely to impact businesses of all sizes.


Eric Holt is a Licensed Insurance Agent for Insurance Center of New England (ICNE). He has a specialty with commercial business insurance including cyber liability. He will be reviewing the different facets of cyber liability insurance including data breach, social engineering, and 3rd party cyber coverage, among other risks.


Special Agent Amy Z. Diamond has been with the Boston FBI Field Office approximately 10 years, specializing in financial crimes, counterterrorism, and cyber-crimes. She will be providing insights on the current trends they are seeing on cyber threats with small to medium businesses.


Jon Cross of NQA is a member of ISSA and InfraGard and has been in the field of IT Security for over 6 years. Jon will discuss how NQA’s accredited certification, training and support services help organizations improve processes, performance and products and services.
