On December 17, Victory Point in Marina Bay will host a wine dinner with Cusumano Sicilian Wines, a brand that seeks to innovate and celebrate classic Sicilian varietals. Created by brothers Alberto and Diego Cusumano and winemaker Mario Ronco the company now owns over 500 hectares of vineyards in Sicily, all with distinctive terroirs. They continue to produce outstanding wines that are fresh and unique but still pay homage to the history of these traditional Sicilian varietals.
Victory Point will team up with one of the brand’s local wine experts, Ashley Kent to host an exclusive four-course dinner featuring signature cuisine paired with her selections from the Cusumano Sicilian Wines collection. The menu will be presented as follows in the scenic, waterfront dining room:
First Course
Cusumano Angimbe with Classic Seafood Salad, Radicchio, Beet Carpaccio
Second Course
Cusumano Insolia with Saffron Gnocchetti, Asparagus, Rock Shrimp, Mussels
Third Course
Cusumano Nero D’Avola with Braised Lamb Ravioli, Fonduta, Truffle
Fourth Course
Cusumano Benuara with Short Ribs, Fried Polenta
