James Beard Award-winning chef Ming Tsai will discuss his culinary career and food philosophy with Irene Li, James Beard Award-winning co-founder of Mei Mei Dumplings.
Tsai's PBS cooking show, “Simply Ming,” is the longest running cooking show on the network and has been nominated for an Emmy twice. He is the visionary of two of Boston’s most acclaimed restaurants, “Blue Ginger” and “Blue Dragon,” the author of five cookbooks, and most recently, the creator of MingsBings, his plant-powered vegan pockets. In 2022, he became Iron Chef Tsai as he joined the cast of 5 world-class chefs in the Netflix series "Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend."
