12:00 to 3:00PM: “Farm & History Tour” and picnic lunch
6:00PM: multi-course tasting menu dinner (includes expert wine pairing; additional alcohol extra)


Sunday
9:00AM to 12:00PM: culinary session on brunch, lunch and dessert, brunch meal included
