Want to learn how to sail? Thinking about joining Courageous? We invite prospective new sailing students and members to come down to the Charlestown Navy Yard and go for a FREE SAIL on Boston Harbor with one of our experienced skippers.
Enjoy complimentary barbecue, fabulous views of the city, and great discounts on courses & memberships for the 2017 season! Reservations are not necessary; feel free to drop by the boathouse on Pier 4 anytime from 10 AM to 4 PM on Saturday April 22nd, Saturday 29th or Sunday 30th. Sailboat rides last 30 minutes and are first come, first served. Last sail departs at 3:30.

Courageous sailing is a community non-profit sailing center celebrating our 30th year. Our Adult and Family program offers sailing memberships, lessons, and courses for all skill levels.
Founded in 1987 by Harry McDonough, who believed that "every child's perspective is improved 50 yards offshore" our primary mission is to provide affordable sailing and harbor access to the youth of Boston. All revenue from our Adult program goes to supporting this mission.
