One of the most healthful Asian cuisines, delicious Korean cuisine features mainly vegetables and harmonized sauces. In this hands-on class, we will make delicious chicken bibimbap, a rice bowl with chicken, seasoned spinach, cucumber salad, kimchi, egg, and delicious sauce. We’ll also make Korean Japchae, sweet potato noodles stir-fried with vegetables. We’ll finish the class with delicious poached apples with ginger. Price is per pair. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn
