Join Chef Diane to replicate famous dishes from the iconic city of Florence and the rural, rolling hills of Tuscany. In this class we’ll make a classic Fennel, Radicchio and Fava Beans Salad, Montalcino Chicken with Figs and Chestnuts, Semolina Baked Gnocchi, and Piselli alla Montaputi (peas and pancetta). We’ll finish out the night with a Tuscan tradition: Cantucci Biscotti from Siena dipped in Vin Santo. Instructor: Diane Manteca
