At Kendall Square’s neighborhood hot spot Commonwealth, Chef de Cuisine Ellie Campbell hosts a four course dinner featuring Cambridge’s microbrewery and taproom, Lamplighter Brewing Company. Seasonal dishes Snap Pea Greek Cucumber Salad, Lobster Tart, Smoked Sausage with Raspberry Sauerkraut, and Roasted Pork Loin with Wheatberries and Turnips pair up with some of Lamplighter’s faves like Metric System, Ele, Lion Eyes and Group Therapy. Guests can look forward to a special sweet treat and sip to cap off the meal.
