Travel to Colombia through a taste of chocolate! This class will feature a taste of different bars made from different beans sourced in different regions of Colombia. Hear stories of the farmers and what cocoa means to the people of Colombia, including tales of the Arhuacos, an indigenous tribe that has farmed cacao for hundreds of years and consider themselves to be stewards of the environment. Instructor: Victoria Kichuk


Wednesday, 6-8pm. May 8. The cost of tuition includes all food materials and fees.
