Cocktails & Food Pairing Series

Tuscan Market Salem is excited to debut a mixology and food pairing series. Guests will learn techniques like how to make syrup, infusion & smoking, foaming and the art in garnishing – all techniques you see from the experts – now learn from our experts. While learning all these mixology tips you will be joined by a cooking instructor who will guide you on how to pair those perfect artistic drinks -made by you, with the most flavorful artisan Italian food.

By the end of this 4-class series– you will be shaking, foaming & garnishing drinks like a pro.

March 9, 2023 6PM – The World of Syrup 

Guests will be learning the world of syrup and how to make them from scratch, what flavors and herbs pair well together. You will be making cocktails using your syrups and taste them with our chef inspired food.

March 23, 2023 6PM – Infusions & Smoking Techniques. 

Guests will be learning and practicing several techniques on how to infuse and smoke different ingredients from fruits to juices and pairing with your creations. This is one of the oldest techniques, also used for medicinal proposes. 

March 30, 2023 – The Foam Party

Join the Foam party – guests will learn how to whip their cocktails into shape

April 6, 2023-The Art of Garnishing

Take your cocktail to the finish line with all the learned techniques – now you will need that final touch – THE GARNISH.
