Join us as we kick off our new monthly cocktail class with a lesson on rum! Space is limited, so get your tickets early!
Over dinner from American Provisions, you'll learn about rum production and the history of cocktails from author Brian Hoefling. He'll then demonstrate the preparation of two classic cocktails and guide you through the process of making them yourself, using GrandTen's New Medford Rum. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions and you'll walk away with recipe cards so you can replicate the drinks at home.
If you like learning, rum, or supporting local producers, this is a class you won't want to miss! And we'll be back in March for Part II with two more cocktalis using GrandTen's aged rum expression - sign up for updates at www.herzogcocktailschool.com/contact
