Each night, The HUB comes alive through light, sound, performance, and roving parties. Hit the Back Deck for some local brews and wine (21+) and explore the installations throughout the site. Head to the Ideas to Dome to for night two of the HUBweek Silent Disco series, run into pop-up performances throughout the site, or check out the night's main performance on Center Stage.

Pop-Up Performances
6:30-7:30PM @City Hall Pop-Up Stage
ACTIVATE
A trio of vibraphone and violins will perform live at The HUB, creating new pieces based on interactions with you. As part of this experience, you will not merely be spectators of the music — you will activate it with their stories and ideas.


7:00-9:00PM Roving The HUB
Liminal Activations uses movement, objects, and interaction to enliven the spaces, dialogues, and relationships within the HUBweek festival site. Look for MEEK Production dancers on City Hall plaza as we emerge from the shadows with performance scores intended to provoke, connect, and entertain. This season's "Liminal Activations" explores themes around the current state of the natural world, and what can be done about it.

Immersive FIlm Screening: NOVA (Lands)
7:30-8:00PM @Immersive Dome
Join us for a 360° expedition allowing the gradual reconstruction work's history. Materials, sound, light and forms there interact initially accomplice manner. Disruptive elements come then change the course of the experiment until the immersion of the is under the arch of the Stratosphere.


Signature Performance: Chroma by Abilities Dance
8:00-8:30PM @Center Stage
Chroma is inspired by the symbolism of different themes and moods evoked by the colors green, blue, red, purple, and white to tell stories through the movements of disabled and non-disabled dancers. There will be a virtual program guiding the audience throughout the entire performance on a mobile site that can be adaptable for screen readers. Vivid audio description created in collaboration with a dance critic will be available to make the performance accessible to all!

Silent Disco
8:30-10:00PM @Ideas Dome
During night two of HUBweek's Silent Disco series, three of Boston's DJs will play live some of the best blends of music that will have diverse audiences connecting, convening and moving all through their colorful headphones. You'll be given a set of wireless headphones that light up to show which channel you're are listening to, allowing different genres of music that can be enjoyed by everyone.
