CLINK. American Whiskey Dinner Featuring Michter’s. Treat yourself to a multi-course dinner with whiskey pairings from Michter's. The event will feature a four-course dinner, complete with Michter's whiskey pairings, from executive chef Daniel Kenney. Chef Kenney will create and personally present four unique dishes, beginning with passed canapés to tease your taste buds. Each course will be paired with a cocktail or glass of Michter's whiskey. Each pour will be thoughtfully selected to play off the flavors of each dish, making for a truly dynamic dining experience. The menu will be specially crafted for this event, and will feature seasonal, sustainable and local ingredients; think Southern favorites like roasted bone marrow with Michter’s American Whiskey “gravy” and bourbon pecan pie with salted caramel ice cream. Residing in The Liberty Hotel (the site of the former Charles Street Jail), CLINK.’s one-of-a-kind atmosphere includes tables tucked intimately inside former cell facades.
