1. Naturally-Raised Prime Rib of Beef, Marinated with fresh herbs, Garlic and Shallots, along with 1 quart of Red Wine Sauce and Horseradish Cream $490

2. Two Whole Roasted Naturally Raised Tenderloins of Beef, Marinated with Fresh herbs, Garlic and Shallots, One Quart of Red Wine Sauce and Horseradish Cream $580

3. Bone-In Country Ham, Glazed with Brown Sugar and Grain Mustard, One Quart of Pineapple Golden Raisin Sauce $480

4. 12-18 Pound Organically Raised Whole Turkey, Stuffed with Herbs and Aromatics, Fully Seasoned, Two Quarts Turkey Gravy and ½ Quart Cape Cranberry Sauce $420
