Visiting Curator of Performing Arts Helga Davis has invited some of her favorite performers to respond to questions of agency and representation in Titian's extraordinary paintings. This special program features performances by Toshi Reagon, Jomama Jones, and Helga Davis, as well as a commissioned poem from Claudia Rankine and two commissioned wearable paper dresses from Fabiola Jean-Louis. The evening’s multidisciplinary performances reflect on questions of gender, sexuality, race, and power.
