Churros and cruller use pate a choux techniques with different ingredients. Whether you want to serve them with coffee in the morning or enjoy them as they are, they are such a great summer sweet. In this online interactive class, we will start with making three different sauces including chocolate sauce, vanilla cream, and strawberry compote for the churros. Then, we will make churros and cruller dough and deep fry them. We will serve the churros with the prepared sauces and we will dip the cruller with homemade glaze. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn
