Free on Christmas Day? Join us for a festive (and free!) Christmas potluck! Feel free to munch as you like, but we'll plan to sit down to dinner at 6 pm.
Hate cooking and no time to hit up the grocery store? Don't worry about bringing something-- we just want to have you here!
We'll have Skip the Small Talk question cards lying around in case you want to have deep conversations with strangers, but no pressure if you prefer to eat your Christmas ham in peaceful quiet! We'll also have some crafts available if that's your thing-- feel free to hang out with us for a while!
The Democracy Center does not allow alcohol, so please do not bring any.
The Democracy Center is partially wheelchair accessible, no accessible bathroom on site. The Mandela, Parks, and Chavez rooms are accessible, but the Library is not (but we won't be in the library). Wheelchair users are welcome to use the accessible restroom at Daedalus while we plan our improvements for bathroom accessibility. To reach that bathroom, exit the ramp and turn left on Bow St, at the next building (Daedalus) use their accessible entrance and their restroom will be on the right.
