Executive Chef Steve Zimei and the CHOPPS American Bar and Grill team are teaming up with Somerville Brewing Company for a special Slumbrew beer dinner.


On Thursday, March 30 Chopps American Bar & Grill is teaming up with Somerville Brewing Company for a special Slumbrew Beer Dinner at the modern American chophouse in Burlington. Guests will enjoy a multi-course menu from Chopps Executive Chef Steve Ziemi, complete with Slumbrew beer pairings. The dinner will be led by Somerville Brewing Company founders, husband and wife duo Caitlin Jewell and Jeff Leiter, who will lead guests through the offerings and share information on the Slumbrew.


Somerville Brewing Company started as a husband-wife team driven by the motto “Make good liquids make good friends." Since its inception in 2011, the brewery has expanded distribution into six states, achieved annual production of over 2,000 barrels of beer and grown from 2 employees to over 35. The CHOPPS Slumbrew beer dinner will allow beer-lovers to enjoy four varieties from Slumbrew, while hearing first hand from the brewers and founders behind the beloved Somerville-based company.


The menu is $65 per person (including tax & gratuity) and includes the following menu:
