Discover the craft of chocolate truffle making under the guidance of Beth Kirsch, an award-winning French-trained chocolatier. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how chocolate is made, the steps involved in chocolate production that can affect both flavor and texture, and how to tell the difference between high-quality chocolates and mass-market products. Then, you’ll have a chance to create your own delicious chocolate truffles, made with Valrhona chocolate and rolled in a variety of toppings.
This class includes:
Hands-on learning experience.
Instruction from an experienced, top-notch chef/instructor.
Recipes to take home.
A sampling of truffles to eat.
