Chef's Seasonal Tasting Menu Celebration Dinner: Winter's Bounty at Bistro du Midi

Bistro du Midi welcomes the new year with its first Celebration Dinner of 2019 showcasing Executive Chef Robert Sisca’s love for game. Chef Sisca is serving up a decadent meal with each dish carefully-paired with an exquisite wine selection. His latest menu features ingredients such as Elk Wellington, Wild Boar and Black Winter Périgord Truffles.
