The Boston Public Market is thrilled to continue the "Chef Hero" program with Nicco Muratore, Chef de Cuisine at Commonwealth Cambridge! Born and raised right here in Boston, Chef Muratore loves cooking with all things local and seasonal. With stints at Oleana and Fenway Park under his belt, Muratore has been an integral part of the team at Commonwealth since the restaurant opened in November 2013. He likes to think about food differently, experimenting with innovative ingredients, fermentation, and different ways to preserve food.
Chef Muratore will be popping up in Siena Farms' stall at the Boston Public Market on June 25 from 5-7pm, incorporating Siena's ingredients into his featured dish:
Siena Farms carrot salad, pickled spring onions, cheese, rhubarb mostarda
