This class presents an overview of important factors in the cheesemaking process, popular styles, useful vocabulary, and why cheese is important. This class is great for beginners, but fun (and delicious) for everyone. The class will begin with a brief lecture followed by discussion and tasting. Instructor: Juliana Locke
