Chattermark Distillers welcomes Bostonians to its Charlestown distillery and Tasting Room the weekend of Friday, April 14th to Sunday, April 16th to officially celebrate the spring opening of the city’s award winning distillery. The scratch-made, grain-to-glass, New England-inspired distillery began production in 2019 and quietly opened its Tasting Room doors to the public in November 2022.

New Spring Cocktail Menu Roll Out
Hospitality Manager Kassandra Laskarides has curated a robust menu featuring a combination of classic cocktails and original recipes, which highlight the unique flavors of Chattermark’s signature spirits - Bourbon, Rye, White Rye and Gin.
New Spring cocktails include: Cold Brew Martini (a cocktail featuring Straight Rye Whiskey and Chattermark’s housemade Nocino), Whiskey Smash (Straight Bourbon Whiskey, mint, lemon), In Bloom (Pot & Column White Rye, hibiscus, cinnamon) and Garden Party (Coastal Forest Gin, basil, lime, seltzer). Mocktail Bejeweled (hibiscus, lemon, bitters, seltzer) has also been added.

- Coffee Old Fashioned (Straight Bourbon Whiskey, coffee syrup, chocolate bitters)
Saturday, April 15th: Spring Celebration
Birria Taco Pop-Up and Vacation-Inspired Cocktail Specials
- Pop-up from Birria Gordita Tacos
- Two Margarita variations (original, strawberry) featuring Chattermark’s Pot & Column White Rye and housemade triple sec
- Chattermark’s spin on a Mai Tai, the Rye-Tai (Pot & Column White Rye, Straight Rye Whiskey, lime, orgeat, and housemade triple sec)
Sunday, April 16th: Launch of Sunday “Brunch”
- Debut of White Rye Mojito (Pot & Column White Rye, jalapeno, mint, lime); this cocktail will only be available on Sundays in the Tasting Room
- Spring Grand Opening Weekend Sunday Special, Hockey Dad (hot coffee from Counter Culture, White Rye, Chattermark’s housemade Nocino)
- Donuts from Union Square Donuts will be on hand as an extra special sweet celebration treat for all guests to the Tasting Room
