Central Noir: The Everyday Mysteries is a fully improvised show that takes all of the classic tropes, character archetypes, and story-telling devices of the film noir genre, and places them in the worlds we live in. Taking inspiration from an audience suggestion, the cast will create a world where that item has turned up missing, is mysteriously broken, or doesn't come as advertised. The fun plays out when the central character assumes the familiar detective role, complete with inner monologues that move the scene, regardless if it's as a little brother, recently fired employee, or student whose SAT score was sabotaged. Come check out the debut of Central Noir at ImprovBoston's Comedy Lab on October 1.
