On April 16th, National Eggs Benedict Day celebrates the long-favored brunch dish that typically pairs poached eggs with Hollandaise sauce and Canadian bacon or ham on an English muffin.
Bambara Kitchen & Bar’s brand new brunch menu - curated by Executive Chef Adam Resnick - offers three new Eggs Benedict dishes that can be ordered to celebrate this special occasion.
These three Benedicts - COD CAKES, HERITAGE HAM or TOMATO & SPINACH - are all served with smoked paprika, Hollandaise and breakfast potatoes.
Bambara’s weekend brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays, from 7:30am - 1:30pm. And since April 16th also happens to be Orthodox Easter, it’s the perfect day to gather with friends and family to celebrate with a Benny or two.
