Swet Studio®, Boston's Aerial Yoga And Fitness Studio, Is Holding A Special Mother's Day Event On Sunday, May 9.

Moms bring your daughters & daughters bring your mothers.

This Mother's Day, Swet Studio® invites you to connect, flow together, and have fun – all while getting a workout in! Enjoy the holiday with our Gratitude-themed Aerial Yoga event featuring fun entertainment, fresh flower decor, and a series of special themed classes.

Join us for a fun and playful Mother's day event!

All ages and both genders can attend.

Starting at 7: 15 a.m., the evening will feature special gratitude classes open to all levels.

Join us this Mother's Day at Swet Studio® for our fun Aerial Yoga classes! Those interested in signing up are encouraged to do so quickly, as space is limited.

At Swet Studio, we welcome newcomers and help guide you on your journey. The Swet Studio® Method incorporates a holistic, "Mind Body" approach to health and fitness. Through a variety of small group classes, ranging from aerial yoga, indoor rowing, and floating mediation in a silk hammock, the Swet Studio® Method utilizes the concept of mindfulness as a key element of its Practice. Swet Studio® trains the body and calms the mind.
