Say goodbye to 2020 with a safe and classy caviar & champagne mini-lesson and toast to 2021 with Formaggio Kitchen from the comfort of your home!
In this pre-recorded event, Colin from our wine department and Julia, our caviar buyer, will walk you through the fundamentals of tasting champagne and caviar together. Learn about different varieties of caviar and what makes our small production champagnes so special.
This class is mean to provide you with the basic ingredients for a decadent at-home caviar service while allowing the flexibility to celebrate the New Year however you'd like. We'll be sending out the video on the afternoon of New Year's Eve, so you can watch right before the ball drops, follow along at your own pace, or even throw it on the next day!
Each bundle includes 1 500g "party tin" of our famous Bonilla potato chips, 1 tub of crème fraîche, 1 tin of caviar, and 1 bottle of champagne.
We are proud to offer three different "tiers" at three different price points, each tier with its own variety of caviar and champagne.
There is also the option to purchase the full "flight" to experience all three caviars and all three champagnes at a 15% discount.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. Purchase your Classroom Admission Ticket. This guarantees you access to the Zoom session and compensates your instructors for their hard work and care.
2. Choose your bundle(s) and purchase as ticket add-ons. This is the product we'll be tasting and discussing during the Zoom session.
3. Pick up your items on the day of the class at our 244 Huron Ave location. You can give us a call for curbside pick-up, or simply check in at the register if you'd like to browse the shop!
