The Dance Complex will present three weekends of performances featuring the inaugural CATALYSTS – five choreographers chosen for their unique, developing artistic voices and for their focused aim to move dance forward – in a performance series intent on deepening how, and how often, we look at dance.
This fall, choreographers Chavi Bansal, Callie Chapman, Michael Figueroa, Sarah Mae Gibbons, and Kathleen Nasti delved into their individual focuses of dance installation and film, memory and spirit, spectacle and uproar.
The program now concludes in an unprecedented three-week series of curated, rotating performances by the CATALYSTS along with guest artists from our region and beyond.
