While our team works on the menu, here's some info about Castle Island Brewing Company:
2015: The seeds are planted when Company Founder, Adam Romanow, ditches the desk for a brewing apprenticeship.


2011: Adam realizes hes hooked & decides to open his own brewery.
Market research begins, including many nights atop a local bar stool.


2012-2014: The hunt for real estate in South Boston proves to be futile & the search grid widens.


March 2015: The lease is signed. Castle Island locks down a home in Norwood, MA.


Dec. 2015: A 5-year journey comes to fruition when Castle Island Brewing Co. opens to the public!
