As late fall moves us towards the stillness of winter, it is helpful to remember the warm, inner hearth that nurtures us through the year. In honor of the season, we invite you to join us in gathering at Ward Reservation. We will begin with a hike up Holt Hill in mindfulness, tuning into the sensory experience of this time of year. Once at the top, we will gather for a candlelit meditation around the solstice stones as we invite connection with our inner warmth & illumination. With the support of connection & community, we can practice nourishing this flame from the inside out.


Please bring weather-appropriate attire, layers, a water bottle/thermos, yoga mat and/or blanket to sit on, and a flashlight as desired for the walk down.
