If you're looking for a book club to join, what about the feminist book club group at Cambridge Women's Center?

The first Monday of each month, we meet to discuss a new book through the lens of feminism and our own experiences as women. Our next group meeting is Monday, April 2nd, 7- 8 P.M. at the Cambridge Women's Center (46 Pleasant Street, Cambridge, MA 02139) and is open to all who identify as women.

In April, we will be meeting to discuss "Akata Witch by Nnedi Okorafor - "Twelve-year-old Sunny was born in America yet lives in Nigeria. She is Black and albino. She's a great athlete, yet she can't go out in the sun to play soccer. Sunny then discovers she is a so-called free agent with magical powers. Soon she's part of a quartet of magic students trying to capture a career criminal who also knows magic."

If you can't make it this month, please join the group in May.
