A Program of the Cambridge Community Center
The Cambridge Winter Farmers Market is a program of the Cambridge Community Center. Located between Central Square and Memorial Drive, the Cambridge Community Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has been serving the Coast community for over 89 years, having been founded by a group of Black ministers in 1929. Today the mission of the center is to promote community cooperation and unity, and to empower youth, individuals, and families. The Center does this by offering social, cultural, educational, and recreational activities.
The Market
The Cambridge Winter Farmers Market strives to promote vibrant local economy, create access to fresh, healthy food, and provide a gathering space for community throughout the winter months. Come check out the market every Saturday and while you're here, check out the Cambridge Community Center booth which you will find near the entrance to the market.
