The season concludes on April 24, 2021 with the fabulous, fiery French Baroque on full display in the program “C’est Magnifique!” French elegance is spiced with Italian flair in instrumental works by star composers who enlivened the 18th-century Paris music scene, including Jean-Marie Leclair, Antoine Dauvergne, and cosmopolitan German composer Georg Philipp Telemann who made a spectacular debut there, incorporating French style into his works.
