About Butterfly Detectives


When it’s warm and sunny, that means one thing…it’s butterfly weather! During our Butterfly Detectives program, we will explore everything butterflies with a new theme each week centered around a beloved children’s book. Together, after story time, we will sing songs, play games, and hunt for caterpillars munching away on our milkweed in the gardens.


Themes include: What do Caterpillars Eat?; Transformation from Caterpillar to Butterfly; Type of Caterpillars and Butterflies; The Butterfly Habitat


This program is best suited for children 2 to 5 years old. All children must be pre-registered and accompanied by a registered adult. One adult admitted free of charge per child.


Space is limited; pre-registration is required.
