Burgers & Beers: a Perillas & AERONAUT collaboration

The Perillas & AERONAUT collaboration is here! This kit features all the makings for (4) Bulgogi Burgers (korean style burgers) along with one 4-PK of "Surface Wave", our pale kellerbier (a light, crisp lager w/ notes of lemon & biscuit).

Pre-order today and pick up on FRI 01/22 from 5-9:30PM at the brewery in Somerville (14 Tyler St). Only a limited amount of kits are available so act fast! Sales end THUR 01/21 at 11:30pm. Please bring ID to the brewery when picking up your kit.

There will be some light prep work and cooking needed but don't worry, Perillas will provide you with all the instructions you need. Difficulty Level: 2 out of 5 (Easy)

Each meal kit comes with:

4 brioche buns
1lb of local ground beef (makes 4 quarter pound burgers)
bulgogi marinade
red onion
arugula
kimchi cucumbers
gochujang aioli
aji verde
prep and cooking instructions
4-PK of Surface Wave- brewed with a thoughtful selection of bohemian pilsner malt and noble German and Czech hops. Notes of honey & biscuit with earthy & spicy aromas. Pale Kellerbier -- 5.1% abv.
