Party time! One of the best parts of planning a dinner, party, or gathering is the food. Building an impressive cheese board is a great way to add variety to your menu, which starts with knowing how to navigate your local cheese shop. Learn some helpful tips from picking cheeses, meats, and accoutrements, to arranging and displaying your selections. Instructor: Anthony Liberti
