On Sunday, February 10th from 2:00pm - 5:00pm, Island Creek Oyster Bar in Burlington hosts their second annual Bubbles with Bae event. Grab your bae - whether that’s your bestie or your boo - and kick off Valentine’s Day early with a bubbles bash. The ICOB Burlington team is welcoming back some of their favorite wine pros to guide guests through the regions and styles of 20 of their favorite everyday sparkling wines. After all, bubbles aren’t all Champagne and don’t always need to be saved for special occasions. Tickets are $60 per person in advance or $75 at the door and can be purchased via Eventbrite here.
The team from Island Creek Oyster farm will be shucking their famed aphrodisiacs and sampling one of sparkling wine's best pairings - caviar. Chef Matty Celeste will be cooking up fried chicken and other salty snacks.
