Looking for a fun, energizing whole body workout that combines Pilates, ballet, yoga and functional training PLUS an amazing brunch and beersafter?
Brunches of Boston is partnering with Michelob, C2 Body and Stephi's Southie to bring you just that with Brunch Fit Beatbarre & Pilates Fusion. Brunch Fit is part of Brunches of Boston signature events series providing both a fitness experience and brunch to attendees.
We're taking you to the South Boston location of C2 Body, Carolyn Stuart will lead us in 45 min of Barre toning and lifting followed by deep intense core Pilates mat work! Come move and sweat to the beat of inspiring music. It's a full body blast with variations of big full range moves to smaller controlled moves to shake up your muscles and work them safely and effectively.
Immediately following the workout we'll make our way down to Stephi's Southie where you can choose any meal you want from a special Brunch Fit menu, sip on a complimentary Michelob Ultra and enjoy brunch with a group of fun, fit locals who are always DTB just like you ;)

Meet Your Trainer:
Carolyn Stuart is one of the owners of C2. She has been in the Pilates world since 1999. Her and her partner CC Martin share the same passion for Pilates, movement and music. Together they developed BeatBarre, which is at its very core, inspired by Pilates. They designed BeatBarre classes to take you on an exhilarating mind body journey, get lost in the music and get results!
