Yearning for your favorite restaurant brunch at home? This class is for you! These brunch bests will be your new BFFs and motivate you to invite friends to join in the fun (post-Covid, that is). In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Thi will show you how to make an exquisite Hollandaise sauce without breaking it, perfect new knife cuts and turn home fries on their head. You’ll master farm eggs benedict with seasonal greens, spiced fruit salad, the best-ever coffee cake and parmesan truffle breakfast potato fries. You’ve got this!

Class is limited to 8 participants to follow Covid-19 safety guidelines. Pre-registration is required 2 days prior to a class or event. If it is within 2 days and you wish to register, please email [email protected] or call 508.785.0339 to find out if there is space remaining.


COVID-19 Guidelines: Due to the state-mandated Covid-19 guidelines, participants will be set up at stations at least 6 feet apart and required to wear masks throughout the class, except while eating.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a program is canceled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund or transfer into another class within 14 days of the cancellation. If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. We offer transfers to other classes or events with 48 hours of the class. There are no refunds for missed classes. The Trustees reserves the right to change program locations, schedules, or instructors when necessary. Note: Summer Camps and our inns and campgrounds each have separate cancellation policies.
