You may have heard about barre from your female friends, significant others, sisters, etc. but maybe you’re not exactly sure what it is. Maybe you’re interested in trying it out but you think that it’s just for women (it's not). Did you know that some NFL players take barre classes and have raved about the results? Well bros, now is your chance to try barre during this amazing 50-minute class! Ladies, this class is open to you as well! Bring a bro or come solo and show the boys how it's done!
Barre classes are designed to effectively strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body. These fat burning workouts integrate small isometric movements with the use of the ballet barre, hand weights, and other props. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat, and thighs. These are challenging, no impact classes that require focus and precision for maximum results.
After class, you will have the opportunity to enjoy beer and light refreshments.
