In Perspective, Robert J. Wicks combines research and classic wisdom to provide advice on how to discover and regain a balanced and healthy perspective. As Wicks explains, how we see the world and ourselves is more important than what we see. Our perspectives are what matter. Classic wisdom literature has emphasized this for generations and clinical psychology has followed suit from its inception. Wicks received his doctorate in psychology from Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital and is on the faculty of Loyola University, Maryland. He has published over 50 books for professionals and the general public including Bounce: Living the Resilient Life, Riding the Dragon, and Streams of Contentment.
