The widely popular “Get Down” series is back this summer, adding three new event dates from July through September, 2017. First up, on Thursday, July 20th, 2017 Viale Restaurant, Cambridge’s modern-Italian hot-spot, located on Mass Ave. in Central Square, is partnering with Four Roses Bourbon and Savenor’s Butcher & Market. The July “Get Down” will pay homage to the best of the Rat Pack days with Executive Chef/Owner Greg Reeves’ innovative steak specials paired with creative twists on cocktail classics using Four Roses bourbon and the best of the blues era, all night long.

From 5:00PM to 10:00PM, feast with friends and enjoy the melodic croons of the Rat Pack at Cambridge’s pop-up Speakeasy while Chef Reeves blends the flavors of beef and bourbon with a la carte specials that include Skirt Steak with scallions, chanterelles, fried potatoes and cilantro salsa Verde or the Steak Tartare with house brioche, quail egg, fried shallots and hearts of palm. Try a taste of Philly with the Mini Cheesesteak with fried onions, cheese whiz and potato chips, or go for the classic cut with a Viale twist with the Flat Iron Steak served with a corn and tomato salad, black garlic aioli and jalapeno and Chilled Rare Flank Steak Salad with green papaya, pickled onions, Thai basil and fried quinoa. Pair the meal with one of the signature Four Roses cocktails, featuring the Red Hook made with Barrel Strength bourbon, Rye, Punt e Mes and Luxardo Maraschino, Kentucky Mule with Four Roses bourbon, lime juice and ginger beer, the Sicilian Smash with Four Roses bourbon, Averna, lemon, Genepy and mint and French 95 made with Four Roses bourbon, lemon and orange Juice, sugar and prosecco.
