Celebrating thirty years of food and wine, the annual Boston Wine Festival has evolved into a world-renowned series featuring winemakers from some of the world’s best wineries. Through three decades of developing the Festival, Executive Chef Daniel Bruce has created more than four thousand original dishes, each one designed to perfectly complement the special wine with which it was served. The Boston Wine Festival offers guests sensational events hosted by the world’s top winemakers.
On Thursday, January 31st, we have the pleasure of introducing Laurence Pégau, the owner and winemaker of Domaine du Pégau, as part of our popular two-night series of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. This is a rare opportunity to taste Domaine du Pégau, as well as their newest addition, Chateau Pégau.
The dinner will begin at 7:00 p.m. and tickets are $185 per person. The event will take place in the iconic Atlantic Room at Boston's only Forbes Five-Star waterfront hotel, Boston Harbor Hotel.
