The Horn Pond Summer Concert Series will hold its third concert on Friday, July 27 with the Irish trio, Boston Rovers! The concert will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Horn Pond, along the flat grassy area of Sturgis Street, otherwise known as Ice House Park. This concert is sponsored by McCue Garden Center.


Boston Rovers are an Irish trio consisting of Paul Harty, Jim Murray and Taylor Whiteside, who have been playing together for many years. Along with traditional Irish music, they will be performing some sea shanties and dance tunes as well.


This is the sixteenth year that the Horn Pond Summer Concert Series will entertain Woburn residents. The concerts are a perfect way to spend summer nights with your fellow community members and enjoy the beautiful Horn Pond area! Bring your family, friends and lawn chairs to Ice House Park to enjoy free concerts on select Fridays throughout the summer. With generous support from local businesses, the Concert series is free to the public.
