Boston Comic Con Costume Parade and Contest

Dress up as your favorite superhero or comic book character at the 5th annual Boston Comic Con/Faneuil Hall Marketplace Costume Parade and Contest at 12 p.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2017. The contest is open to the public and will feature a costume parade around Quincy Market with prizes going to those with the best costumes. Boston Comic Con 2017 will be held August 11 to August 13 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

The contest and parade, hosted by Boston Comic Con cosplay impresario Pat Covey, will kick-off with a costume parade around Quincy Market, beginning and ending at the West End, followed by judging to determine the top three adult winners and a kids’ winner. The parade and contest are a preview of what’s in store at this year’s Boston Comic Con with its Kids’ Cosplay Contest on Friday, August 11 and its famed Annual Costume Contest on Sunday, August 13.
