The BC MBA 5K is an annual benefit race run entirely by graduate students at Boston College's Carroll School of Management. Net proceeds from the 2018 5K will go to the Boston College Strong Scholarship. Established by the Class of 2005 to honor Boston Marathon bombing survivors Patrick Downes ’05 and his wife, Jessica Kensky, each year the scholarship is awarded to a deserving student, with preference to those who excel with a physical disability or dedicate time to serve others.
