Boss Chick Dance Workout with Portia: Halloween Event

Act Like a Lady, Dance Like a BOSS!!! The Boss Chick Dance Workout with Portia is having a special Halloween Event that is sure to get you ready for your sexiest Halloween costume. The event format includes a 10 minute breakdown of twerk techniques to get you moving, 45 minutes of dance cardio, 10 minutes across the floor, 15 minutes of choreography and a 5 minute cool down/stretch.

The Boss Chick Dance Workout features a 3 part, total body model of SWEAT, SHRED, PERFORM. H.I.I.T dance cardio will ensure you SWEAT until you sparkle. Strength training that target abs, glutes and thighs help you SHRED inches while building muscle. Finally, channel your inner Beyonce and PERFORM choreography taught by your Boss Chick Instructor. This workout hopes to build your confidence while building your body. The ladies-only class provides a safe place for women to let loose while working out. RSVP is required.

The mission of The Boss Chick Dance Workout is to create a space for women with an interest in improving or maintaining their health and fitness through a fun, sexy, and challenging dance workout. The workout aims to empower women to feel sexy, inspire women to take charge of their health by tapping into their inner diva, and provide a challenging dance workout exclusively for women to let loose.
