Join Chef Linda, our native Armenian chef instructor and learn how to fold phyllo dough to craft the perfect boereg, a popular Armenian/Middle Eastern triangle-shaped flaky puff pastry. In this online class, you’ll learn how to make a traditional Armenian cheese boereg, a hearty kielbasa sausage and cabbage-filled one, and a chocolate and pumpkin dessert variation, using an original family recipe.
